We are looking for an HR Business Partner role to support our Product, Data and Technology teams across Europe. Your mission is to partner with Directors, Heads and Managers and work collaboratively across HR to set the people agenda aligned with the business goals of the functions and ensure the delivery of value-added solutions to enable those business functions to succeed. You would act as a trusted advisor to people managers, leveraging their advanced business understanding and HR experience to proactively coach, council, and influence on people-related matters. You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic HR team.

What responsibilities you will get when working with us:

    • Build and maintain partnerships with the PDT Heads, Managers, Directors to create a business and data-driven People Agenda;
    • Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees as well as developing rigor around proactively identifying and addressing lower-performing employees;
    • Monitor and measure progress against the People Agenda to identify trends, share recommendations and make adaptations, as needed;
    • Facilitate the employee engagement action planning process with business leaders across the location / business unit;
    • Develop a robust understanding and knowledge of key talent at the local / business level and work with leaders to ensure proper development plans are in place for these individuals;
    • Identify talent development needs and partner with the Talent Development team to create value-add solutions to close the gaps;
    • Understand the Global HR programs to effectively translate and implement in a location or business unit: educate senior leaders on specific programs or processes and coach them to understand the role they play in driving a successful outcome, create and manage timelines and necessary communications appropriately;
    • Partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve complex employee relations issues; maintain positive relationships with local labor unions / works councils, where appropriate;
    • Act as a first point of contact for external authorities in case of any requests and issues.

What you need to be successful in this role:

    • Master’s degree in humanities or business related studies;
    • 6-8 years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company;
    • Good understanding of talent specifics in Tech sector in Poland and in Europe e-commerce understanding is a plus;
    • Baseline understanding of the Product Development Cycle, PDT organizational structures models, PDT profile;
    • Being a strong team player who is used to working with senior stakeholders and big teams (+100 people) across several locations;
    • Commitment to taking on an independent, structured, and agile way of thinking;
    • Being a passionate, communicative, and assertive HR person that understands the needs of our business and a good listener to our managers and employees;
    • Talent for coordination, and organizational tasks, and being able to improvise if necessary;
    • Demonstrated success coaching, advising, and providing consultative support to leaders across multiple levels;
    • Solid judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and employees;
    • Unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive employee issues;  
    • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
