The role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and can be based out of Portugal (Lisbon) or Poland (Warsaw, Poznań).

What you will be doing:

    • Managing a team of up to 10 Talent Acquisition Professionals including Inhouse core team (Technology Recruiters and Candidate Experience Specialists) and a flexible number of RPO consultants depending on the current business hiring needs;
    • Shaping the future of the team and supporting the professional development of your direct reports;
    • Building and owning a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy spanning multiple countries (e.g. Poland, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Romania...), business units, and functional areas;
    • Partnering closely with senior leadership to align hiring plans and strategies;
    • Working in partnership with HRBPs and HR Ops function to ensure efficient position management;
    • Cooperating with the broader Talent Success team consisting of the Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Development, Employer Branding, DEI, TA Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure synergy and the best experience throughout the employee lifecycle;
    • Creating and managing the talent acquisition budget for Tech hiring;
    • Owning a modern talent acquisition technology stack, including Lever, GoodTime, MetaView, DataPeople, TalentHub and more.

Who we’re looking for:

    • Proven track record in managing and developing successful Talent Acquisition teams for the PDT area (Product, Data and Tech);
    • Exceptional skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders;
    • Excellent knowledge of the modern technology landscape in Europe;
    • Strong solution focus, strategic thinking, people-centric and data-driven mindset;
    • Ability to build and analyse reports and data to build strategies;
    • Ability to make things simple and present strategic topics and updates to Senior Technology Business leaders;
    • Fluent in business English.
