We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Telesales Hunter for OLX (m/f) in our outstanding hub in Bucharest. A solid background in B2B sales focusing on new business development, is a plus.

As a Telesales Hunter for OLX, you will be at the forefront of the Jobs market, empowering our partners and prospects with the best solutions to reach their potential candidates.

In a typical day at OLX, in the role of Telesales Hunter, you will be:

    • Continuously contacting new clients through telephone, canvassing, cold calling, and networking;
    • Applying a consultative problem-solving approach to understand sophisticated client requirements and transform them into highly effective branding and revenue-generating solutions;
    • Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process;
    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and building on that to generate more business;
    • Meeting sales and operational targets.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

    • Min. 5 years of confirmed experience in sales roles, with a focus on attracting new businesses;
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, delivery, and negotiation skills;
    • An upbeat, mature, accountable, growth-minded fast learner with strong analytical skills;
    • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, including C-level individuals;
    • Able to operate Microsoft Office;
    • Online sales experience is a plus;
    • Proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management;
    • University or college degree.
