Currently we’re looking for a passionate analytical mind with an interest and hands-on expertise in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education categories to join our OLX team. If you feel that it’s a perfect opportunity for you, keep reading!

What you will need to be successful in this role:

    • A passionate analytical mind; 
    • Hands-on experience in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education categories;
    • An analytical skill set (Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, SimilarWeb, Semrush, other category management tools); 
    • Knowledge of category brand / model matrix and marginality;
    • Being aware of market disposition and seeking close cooperation with sales, marketing and growth teams to implement growth changes;
    • Combination of strategic and operational thinking;
    • Rigorous customer-centricity and curiosity on how to excel in user experience in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education.

What responsibilities you will get when working with us:

    • Deepdive into buy-side in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education: purchasing behaviors, traffic, searches and buyer profiles in B2C (buying from businesses) to drive category buyer growth;
    • Deepdive into category tree, assortment, brand / model matrix, sellers profiling, seller pipelining in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education B2C to drive category seller growth;
    • Identification of market opportunities in B2C segment in Poland (beyond Fashion/Kids/Music&Education);
    • Identification of unique sales propositions and assortment strategy in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education B2C;
    • Identification of pricing and tariff initiatives to grow revenue in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education B2C;
    • Identification of clients and assortment growth opportunities in Fashion / Kids / Music & Education B2C;
    • Working closely with sales and online growth teams to implement growth initiatives;
    • Initiation and implementation of promo activities with marketing teams;
    • Discovering product-related enablers to grow Fashion / Kids / Music & Education;
    • P&L budgeting coordination;
    • Leading cross-functional virtual teams, owning cross-functional KPIs;
    • Initiating, documenting and facilitating business cases with GTM, Product and other functions;
    • Initiating. executing Business development partnerships (3P providers, key vendors).
