Marketplace Executive
The role
We are seeking a Marketplace Executive to support the growth and day-to-day management of our supplements business across third-party platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their eCommerce or marketplace career to develop hands-on experience in a fast-growing consumer health business.
Working closely with your manager and wider Growth team, you will help manage and optimise our presence across platforms such as Amazon and other emerging marketplaces. The role will focus on driving marketplace sales and profitability, analysing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve listings, visibility, and sales.
You will play an important role in driving the continued growth of our UK Amazon business while helping the team explore opportunities to expand into new channels and international marketplaces.
You’ll be:

Owning the execution of Numan’s marketplace strategy across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key marketplaces.

Managing day-to-day marketplace operations, including sales trends, advertising performance, pricing, inventory levels, and monitoring listings.

Owning marketplace optimisation, including improving product listings, imagery, keywords, and content to support visibility and conversion.

Analysing marketplace data and competitor activity to identify insights and opportunities for growth.

Identifying and supporting new marketplace launches and channel expansion, including helping prepare listings and operational requirements for new regions or platforms.

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing regular reports to support data-driven decision making.

Ensuring product listings remain accurate, compliant with marketplace policies, and aligned with Numan’s brand standards.

Collaborating with internal teams including Growth, Brand, and Operations to support marketplace initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience with Amazon or other marketplace platforms, either through a previous role, internship, agency work, or personal projects.

A strong interest in eCommerce and digital marketplaces, with a desire to develop expertise in this area.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (or a willingness to learn quickly).

An analytical mindset and comfort working with data to identify trends and performance insights.

A proactive, self-starting, and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing listings, content, and product information.

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Good Excel or spreadsheet skills, with an interest in using data to inform decisions.
Nice to have:

Experience with Amazon Advertising or other marketplace PPC tools.

Experience working with eCommerce tools, analytics platforms, or marketplace management software.

Interest in international eCommerce and marketplace expansion.
