The role

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead Paid Social growth within Numan’s Marketing Centre of Excellence. You will own end-to-end Paid Social performance, combining creative-led scale with best-in-class technical execution across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role where you define strategy while going deep into creative systems, signal quality, and platform mechanics to drive sustainable growth in a privacy-constrained, automation-led landscape.

As a senior member of the Growth team, you will set the standard for how Paid Social operates at Numan—how we scale creative, structure accounts for modern bidding systems, and deliver high-quality signals to platforms. You’ll mentor others, influence cross-functional partners, and challenge the default playbook, working closely with Creative, Product, and Engineering to unlock advantage in a highly regulated category while balancing commercial outcomes and brand ambition.

You’ll be:

    • Setting Paid Social strategy with a focus on creative-led scale, defining clear testing frameworks, and owning budget allocation.
    • Managing campaigns hands-on while setting standards and supporting junior team members.
    • Driving structured experimentation across creative, audiences, signals, and funnel design, with clear hypotheses and learnings.
    • Partnering closely with Creative, Data, Product, and Brand to connect storytelling, performance, and platform automation.
    • Owning Paid Social tracking and signal quality, supported by clear reporting and dashboards.
    • Supporting integrated growth initiatives across Paid Social, PPC, SEO, CRM, and ATL.
    • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and Business Unit leads.

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • 6+ years’ experience in Paid Social, with demonstrable impact on CAC, LTV, payback, and scalable growth.
    • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta and TikTok, including creative testing systems, scaling in automation-led environments, and platform mechanics.
    • Strong technical understanding of tracking, conversion APIs, signal design, attribution, incrementality, and value-based bidding.
    • Proven leadership and mentoring capability, with the confidence to challenge established ways of working.
    • Highly data-literate, comfortable working with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms, and translating data into action.

It’s a bonus if you have:

    • Experience in DTC healthcare or regulated markets.
    • Familiarity with broader digital channels (PPC, SEO, CRM).
    • Agency or in-house leadership experience managing £1m+ monthly spend.
