The role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Strategist to join Numan’s Marketing Centre of Excellence. In this role, you won’t just "run ads", you will be the architect of our paid social engine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, with a heavy focus on creative-led growth and technical precision.

This is a role for a "full-stack" marketer who understands that modern paid social success is found at the intersection of high-velocity creative testing and robust data signals. You will work horizontally across Performance, Creative and Datateams to ensure our spend is efficient, our creative is resonant, and our measurement is bulletproof.

You’ll be:

  • Managing hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, ensuring accounts are structured for modern, liquidity-driven bidding systems.
  • Partnering with the Creative team to brief, test, and scale modular ad formats. You’ll turn performance data into actionable creative insights to fuel our "Learn Fast" culture.
  • Designing and running A/B tests and incrementality studies to move beyond platform-reported metrics and find true business value.
  • Implementing and optimizing catalog-driven and template-based creative to increase testing velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Deep-diving into tools like Looker and Amplitude to translate raw data into strategic recommendations for Business Unit leads.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Social, ideally within a high-growth DTC or health-tech environment.
  • You know the "back end" of Meta and TikTok inside out—from Advantage+ placements to custom signal integration.
  • You understand why an ad works (or doesn't) and can communicate "the why" to designers and videographers.
  • You are comfortable with data, Looker, or similar BI tools and understand the nuances of attribution vs. incrementality.
  • You thrive in a "Learn Fast" environment where you can pivot based on data while keeping long-term LTV goals in mind.
  • Experience working with creative automation in platforms such as Smartly.io, or with dynamic feeds structured creative production workflows.
  • Have a strong understanding of Conversion API (CAPI) setups, event design, and server-side tracking to maintain performance in a privacy-first world, alongside the data team.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in DTC healthcare or regulated markets.
  • Familiarity with broader digital channels (PPC, SEO, CRM).
  • Agency or in-house leadership experience managing £1m+ monthly spend.
