The role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced People Advisor to join our dynamic team at Numan looking after our Pharmacy Operations in Cardiff. As the primary point of contact for People-related queries, you will provide expert guidance on policies, procedures, and employment legislation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
You'll be:
- Serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding People-related questions, offering expert advice on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Leading our employee engagement program by planning, supporting, and executing initiatives that champion our company culture and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on People processes, policies, and legal requirements within our People systems. Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all employee data.
- Leading the performance management process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and the promotion of a high-performance culture across Numan.
- Contributing to the People strategy by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the team and the business.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits. Manage the administration of employee benefits programs and process enrolments, changes, and terminations in benefit plans.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in a People Advisor role.
- Extensive experience using people management systems, we use HiBob although experience using others is fine.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and practices, with hands-on experience in managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels within Numan.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
