The role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth and development of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) offerings. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer experience, focusing on elevating our app-based digital experience. By deeply understanding our customers' needs and pain points, you will craft compelling narratives, improve product positioning, and spearhead campaigns that drive engagement and growth ensuring Numan continues to turn traditional analogue services into digital solutions.

You’ll be:

    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for each treatment area, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
    • Collaborating with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of the product features, benefits, and differentiators.
    • Conducting market research to identify the needs and interests of our target audience and leverage insights to inform product marketing strategies.
    • Working closely with the commercial team to develop positioning, value propositions, and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
    • Planning and executing product launches, working with the marketing and communication teams to ensure coherent and impactful messaging across all channels.
    • Measuring and reporting on the performance of product marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve product and commercial goals.
    • Engaging with patients to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine product messaging and inform future product development.
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitive developments, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • Extensive experience in D2C digital product marketing, with a focus on enhancing customer acquisition and retention through app-based experiences.
    • Proven ability to develop targeted marketing strategies that effectively communicate product value across diverse customer segments, directly impacting app engagement and user satisfaction.
    • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data-driven insights to translate complex product features into clear, user-centric messaging that resonates within the D2C ecosystem.
    • Excellent collaboration and project management skills, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless app experiences and optimise product lifecycle.
    • A creative and strategic thinker, passionate about driving innovation in technology and healthcare through compelling D2C product and app experiences.

It’s a bonus if you have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, an MBA or advanced marketing degree.
    • Worked in the healthcare technology sector or regulated business.
