The role

At Numan, we are committed to transforming healthcare for women and are currently seeking a Clinical Product Lead to join the Women's Health’s Team. This pivotal role requires a clinician with expertise in women's healthcare, and a visionary approach to product development.

This role is for you if you are enthusiastic about shaping the future of women’s health outcomes through technology. You will have the opportunity to craft innovative solutions that drive our ethos of patient-focused care.

You'll be:

    • Designing and owning the clinical workflow required for diagnosing and treating a variety of women's health conditions, leveraging our internal systems.
    • A strong communicator capable of elucidating complex clinical workflows to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
    • Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop the clinical service design aspect, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) adhere to gold-standard guidance and mirror expectations from the flow.
    • Coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders to launch and expand women’s health condition treatments.
    • Directing the introduction of new clinical products and categories within women's health, prioritising evidence-based practices and patient safety.
    • Incorporating clinical product requirements into the treatment experience, collaborating within a cross-functional team to enhance our capabilities and services.
    • Overseeing the formulary within women's health and outlining the clinical feasibility for novel treatment and diagnostic avenues.
    • Horizon scanning potential integrations, staying attuned to market trends and industry movements to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.
    • A strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decisions and can swiftly iterate to achieve success.
    • A problem-solver who can innovate and improve product features and requirements effectively.

We're looking for someone who has:

    • A clinical background in a regulated healthcare environment, with experience in the diagnosis and treatment of women’s health conditions.
    • A proven track record in designing and delivering technology-driven solutions within healthcare.
    • Demonstrated expertise in clinical product development, paired with experience working across key areas such as design, technology, clinical, growth, and brand.
    • Experience in reducing clinical risk within software systems and digital platforms, offering robust problem-solving skills to address potential challenges.
    • The ability to develop and prioritise strategic clinical roadmaps and deliver high-impact features.
    • An understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and the love of using technology to develop platform features that cater to the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
    • A passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes and experiences,  and remains current with the latest trends and advancements in the healthcare and technology sectors.

It’s a bonus if you have:

    • A history of performing user research and usability testing to inform continuous product improvement.
    • Proven project management skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
    • Strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for balancing priorities and making decisions that are in line with our company's mission and goals.
