The Role
We are looking for a talented mid- or senior-level UI designer to join us at Numan.com. Building on the foundations of our exciting new rebrand, you’ll own our design system and work with multiple teams to elevate our design quality and deliver results that help solve health issues for millions of patients.
You'll be:
- Elevating the UI quality of everything we do at Numan.com, building on the foundations of our exciting new rebrand.
- Owning our design system across web and app, supporting our Product Designers to ensure everything we release is on-brand and consistent.
- Working on the continued rollout of our rebrand, including designing new components and continuously improving our landing pages.
- Sitting within our Product Design function, and support Product Design initiatives when needed.
- Collaborating with our Growth team on conversion rate optimisation experiments on the website, PPC landing page designs and marketing email templates.
- You thrive in fast-moving teams, balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguous briefs under pressure.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- An enthusiasm for the visual aesthetic of the rebrand we just launched at Numan.com. However, you see the potential to take it to the next level.
- Worked as a mid- or senior-level UI designer with a portfolio of intuitive and beautiful user interfaces and a passion for seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Built sophisticated design systems in another business, maintaining thorough design documentation and ensuring a design team followed brand guidelines and produced consistent work.
- Used prototyping tools and love testing your work with real customers.
- The initiative to know when to sweat the details, crafting branded micro-interactions with motion software.
- The skill of being impact-driven whilst also knowing when to be pragmatic and move quickly. You have experience working on fast-paced conversion rate optimisation experiments.
- Strong communication skills and is comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and presenting your work to the business.
- A passion for solving meaningful health issues and positively impacting the lives of millions of patients (no Healthtech experience required).
