The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Manager to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. The CRM Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing highly-engaging communications strategies to boost retention, drive loyalty, and enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll need a deep understanding of CRM systems, data analysis, and marketing automation as well as a flair for organisation and collaboration.

You’ll be:

    • Developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, growth, retention, and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle and through bespoke patient experiences.
    • Product-managing and optimising the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
    • Analysing customer data and insights to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for highly personalised campaigns.
    • Designing and implementing targeted campaigns from end-to-end across a range of channels, taking full ownership of segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
    • Conducting experiments to continuously improve CRM performance and customer experiences.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including growth, data, product, clinical, tech, and customer support, to ensure continuous alignment of CRM initiatives and embedding of processes.
    • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Providing training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices.

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • Extensive and demonstrable experience in CRM management, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,, Zoho).
    • Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation, with experience using tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • An ability to think creatively and to approach projects with curiosity.
    • A passion for improving customer experiences and driving business growth.

It’s a bonus if you have:

    • A bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience operating in a regulated business.
    • Experience in working across international markets.
