We are a MHRA registered wholesale warehouse based in Cardiff with responsibility of supplying the registered pharmacy with medication and supplements to enable them to dispense orders to the customer’s front door. As an ever growing team we are in search of dependable and motivated individuals to join us. Numan is a leading Online Healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers, the WDA Warehouse is at the heart of our operations, and we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
- Complete regular stock takes to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks, such as special projects or seasonal demands.
- Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet trucks (once certified).
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Keep up to date with all mandatory training modules.
- Comply with all Numan policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Competent use of I.T Systems. (Stock Management Tools).Adaptability to additional tasks.
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, if required.
