The Team
Numan Operations Limited is a registered pharmacy based in Cardiff with responsibility for dispensing and shipping medication and supplements to the customer’s front door. As an ever growing team we are in search of enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us. Successful applicants will be welcomed into an experienced team that is friendly and supportive with an opportunity to work within a growing organisation.
About the Role
Join our team as a Warehouse Operative, where you'll be at the heart of ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently. You'll also help manage stock, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, pays attention to detail, and has the physical stamina for manual tasks. Previous warehouse experience is essential, but training will be also provided. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with Warehouse and Stock Manager to:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy.
- Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring proper storage.
- Perform regular stock takes and quality checks.
- Support seasonal tasks and special projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow health & safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Physical stamina for manual tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to additional tasks and shifts.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
