The role

We’re looking for a Clinical Product Manager to join our Clinical Product team who are instrumental in crafting Numan’s world-class digital healthcare products. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes and experiences that positively impact the lives of our patients.

You’ll be:

    • Developing and delivering highly impactful and a delightful end-to-end customer experiences by launching new clinical products and treatment categories and refine our treatment experience for existing categories.  
    • Writing and embedding the clinical requirements into the treatment experience and work within the Digital Product team to build the capabilities to do so.
    • Collaborating extensively with the clinical team to understand their needs and use this knowledge to ensure product features align with clinical workflows as well as best practices to create and update user journeys with maximum operational efficiency.
    • Defining clinical product and operations requirements for the ongoing development of the medical platform.
    • Collaborating with the Digital Product team to reduce clinical risk in the software systems we build and the digital experience and are able to problem-solve to mitigate these.
    • Demonstrating expert knowledge in general health encompassing men’s health conditions, diagnostics and weight loss in accordance to our prescribing areas.
    • Partaking in incident investigations, proactively identify and voice concerns regarding clinical risks and implement clinical product recommendations to reduce clinical risks
    • Effectively communicating and prioritising product requirements, taking into consideration clinical risks, efficiencies, and desired outcomes.
    • Data-driven, having a strong experimentation mindset and drive to iterate quickly to success.

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • Experience working in product management and working in a cross-functional stream including design, technology, data, clinical, growth and brand.
    • Experience working in a clinical setting within a regulated profession e.g. as a doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
    • A passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes and experiences.
    • A strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and healthcare technology, and are able to translate this knowledge into product requirements and features that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.
    • A bias to being empathetic and collaborative with an action-oriented approach.
    • The experience and desire to work on complex systems.
    • Worked in fast-paced environments and is confident cutting through ambiguity to shorten the time to deliver value.
    • Worked on early-stage products and is comfortable driving a lean product development process in an agile environment.
    • The understanding of customer discovery and comfortable speaking to users regularly.
    • A passion for data and has strong analytical skills.
    • A strong track record of effectively prioritising and delivering a high-impact roadmap considering user needs, data analysis, strategic business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
