The ADAS Algo group is looking for an Execution Manager.
We see an Execution manager as an individual who makes things happen. Someone who can take on a cross-team project and guide, solve issues, and lead by example. This role is for someone who's willing to get their hands 'dirty' technologically, and step in for people where needed. Someone who can, and will, take ownership of the deliveries of the department in the agreed-upon time and quality. Someone who will help the team to determine the definition of "done" for the product, with input from key stakeholders.
Mostly someone who will help the team avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.
What your job will look like:
- As a facilitator of sorts, this role involves being in the in between of the different algorithm teams and the supplier teams, most and foremost - Data suppliers.
- You'll need to interact daily with developers, Product Managers, Projects Managers, Engineers, and so on.
- Make sure info is getting through, focus and priorities remain in the right place, and any issues are solved swiftly - mostly with your direct assistance.
- Your job will be to keep your eyes on the ball from start to finish, think out of the box for solutions, and help navigate all task members to successful completion of defined goal.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field - MUST
- Past experience in direct or a cross-team management role - MUST
- Experience in leading activities and efforts in an organized development environment - MUST
- Proactive and results-oriented- Double MUST
- M.Sc. / MBA - an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Jira - an advantage
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Out of the box thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Hebrew
