Space Planning & Projects Specialist
Mobileye’s Global Workplace Strategy, Design & Construction group is responsible for the strategy, planning, design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Mobileye’s workplaces worldwide.
We are looking for a Workplace Planning & Projects Specialist to join our team and take an active role in the planning, allocation, design, and execution of workplace projects across Mobileye’s Jerusalem campus.
This is a multidisciplinary, hands-on role combining workplace and space planning, design, space allocation, and project execution. The role requires strong planning capabilities, technical drawing skills, and the ability to translate business and functional needs into effective workplace solutions.
The position offers exposure to a wide variety of projects and the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, architects, consultants, contractors, and global teams.
This position requires working from our Jerusalem office 5 days per week.
What will your job look like:

Manage and coordinate a diverse range of projects, including office and laboratory conversions, workplace renovations, space reconfigurations, and campus improvement projects.

Develop space plans, layouts, test fits, and architectural drawings for offices, laboratories, common areas, and other campus environments.

Support and manage workplace planning and space allocation across Mobileye’s Jerusalem campus (and additional Mobileye sites, as needed), translating organizational needs, headcount changes, and business requirements into effective space solutions.

Take an active role in workplace projects from initial requirements and programming through design, execution, handover, and occupancy.

Provide ongoing planning and drafting support for the Global Workplace Strategy, Design & Construction group.

Ensure that planning and project solutions are aligned with Mobileye’s global workplace, design, seating, and construction standards and methodologies.
All you need is:

1–2 years of professional experience in architectural planning, interior design, construction, or project execution - must.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline, or an Architectural Engineering Practical Diploma - must.

Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit, gained through academic projects, internships, or professional experience - must.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. -
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Ability to coordinate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive tasks forward.
