Mobileye HR is evolving. Our People Strategy Office is looking for an Advanced Compensation & Benefits Partner for a unique opportunity. In this role, you will participate in and learn from the design of the most strategic decisions impacting our most valuable asset: our human capital.

What your job will look like:
- Design and collaborate on compensation strategy and lead complex compensation projects.
- Collaborate with HR and external vendors to design, implement, and refine employee benefits programs across different countries and support international relocation processes' comp & ben aspects.
- Design and lead our analytics activities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for all management levels, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, including HR leadership, finance, payroll, and management.
All you need is:
- A Bachelor's degree (at minimum) in Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Partner, ideally in the high-tech industry.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits in a publicly traded company is a must.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally some BI/analytical tools.
- Experience with global benchmarking and working with global/local brokers is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and teamwork skills.
