You will be part of the Data Collection Group, a diverse team of Integration Engineers, Technical Data Managers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers. Our group is responsible for the entire data lifecycle - from initial requirement definition to the final delivery of high-quality data to our internal customers in Algorithm teams, Product, and Project Management. In this role, you will ensure our data is precise, reliable, and meets the specific needs of our development teams, in addition to analyzing, checking and building platforms for users to access data.

What will your job look like?

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Algorithm and Product Managers) to define data needs and translate them into structured collection plans and catalogs.
  • Lead data projects from the planning stage through execution, coordinating with our driving teams, to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain clear dashboards using BI tools to monitor data quality, validity, and delivery progress in real time.
  • Perform deep-dive research into various data components to identify and resolve anomalies, gaps or bottlenecks in our data pipelines.
  • Improve processes by innovation and outside-the-box thinking, applying AI-driven tools to build creative MVPs and POCs that automate workflows and solve various challenges.
  • Implement high standards for data validation, proactively identify trends, and raise "red flags" to stakeholders when data quality drops.

All you need is:

  • A hands-on approach combined with analytical thinking and a natural curiosity for exploring data.
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently present insights and drive data consistency.
  • Familiarity with sensors, hardware-software interfaces, or the automotive industry - An advantage.
  • Experience with Linux or Python for data automation - An advantage.
  • Fluent English: spoken and written.
