We are looking for an experienced Environmental Test Engineer to join our team in MATAM, Haifa. The role involves hands-on operation of environmental test equipment, executing environmental qualification tests, analyzing results, and supporting product reliability and validation activities.

What will your job look like?

  • Perform environmental testing according to defined procedures and standards  
  • Operate and maintain environmental test equipment (thermal chambers, vibration systems, humidity chambers, etc.)  
  • Develop and execute automated and computerized test sequences  
  • Analyze test data and prepare clear technical reports  
  • Work closely with engineering teams and external customers during test activities  
  • Support equipment calibration and ensure proper operation of laboratory systems  
  • Troubleshoot test setups and ensure accurate and reliable results  
  • Work independently while managing multiple test activities

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. or higher Engineering degree in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field  
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in environmental testing or a similar role  
  • Hands-on experience operating environmental test equipment  
  • Experience with computerized test automation systems  
  • Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills  
  • Experience working with customers and cross‑functional teams  
  • Familiarity with equipment calibration and laboratory practices  
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
