We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Application Engineer to join our team, supporting the integration of our state-of-the-art automotive imaging radar technology into the next generation of vehicles.
Our vision is to bring new and cutting-edge automotive radar sensor solutions, while leveraging Mobileye’s assets and expertise in this field. Introducing best in class Radar sensor that would complement Mobileye’s end-to-end autonomous driving solution platform. What will your job look like?
- Provide technical support to key automotive customers on complex technical issues
- Work closely and Collaborate with our R&D team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with customers throughout the development cycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to product integration and deployment.
- Perform radar demonstrations to customers and escort customers in radar integrations
- Create technical collaterals: application notes, user guide, product documentation
- Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions to ensure customer high satisfaction
- Design and integrate customer first level analysis tools
- Support product evaluation process with specific customers
- Report customer feedback and requests back to support manager, product group, and R&D
All you need is:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or similar
- 2+ years of experience as an Application Engineer or Field Engineer
- Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary product systems
- Wide system integration view with high analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with different operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Familiar with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and ability to debug network issues
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, excellent English verbal & writing skills
- Strong sense of accountability and quality
- Familiar with the Automotive industry - high advantage
- Familiar with RF products - advantage
- Programming: MATLAB, Python - advantage
