We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system development, integration, and testing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in systems engineering. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing complex automotive systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
What will Your job look like :
- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into detailed design specifications and system architecture.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various subsystems and components into a cohesive automotive system, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate system performance, reliability, and safety according to industry standards and regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to system design and implementation, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation including system designs, test reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive systems engineering. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system design processes and methodologies.
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field- MUST . Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering- MUST
- Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting- MUST
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical/electronic architectures, CAN/ETH communication protocols.
- Experience with automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE, AUTOSAR) and automotive safety standards (ISO 26262) an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
