We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Sourcer to join our one-of-a-kind HR team. As a TA Technical Sourcer you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, gathering market insights, and supporting our hiring managers and recruitment team to ensure we achieve our hiring goals.

Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with exceptional sourcing skills, a passion for building talent pipelines and finding the best candidates for our organization. We are looking for a team player who can address challenges with creativity and analytical thinking, work independently, engage others, and see the big picture.

What will your job look like:

    • Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
    •  Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to create scalable sourcing strategies and meet business goals.
    • Conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends,  talent landscapes and talent sourcing best practices.
    •  Effectively engage potential candidates, support them through the recruitment process and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
    • Analyze data and provide insights to support sourcing efforts, strategy and processes.
    • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking diverse candidates and promoting an inclusive hiring process.
    • Take part and lead cross organizational sourcing initiative promoting candidate experience, diversity, employer brand and more.

All you need is:

    • 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Sourcer in a high-tech company- a must.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
    • Proven experience in CV screening, sourcing candidates, reaching out, conducting phone interviews, analyzing data and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
    • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyzing sourcing data and providing insights.
    • A collaborative team player with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset- we believe in low ego and high energy.
    • Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive at a fast paced, changing environment.
    • Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) - a must
