Mobileye is looking for an ambitious Technical Assistant for Executive VP that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment and is eager to contribute to our groundbreaking advancements.

What your job will look like:

    • Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery
    • Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes
    • Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps
    • Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications
    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions
    • Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
    • Act as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across mostly R&D domains
    • Manage and maintain the EVP's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications)

All you need is:

    • Bachelor's degree – preference for a technical field
    • 2-5 years of experience as a technical project manager in R&D field
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structured
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    • High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities and business awareness
    • Self-driven, proactive, and a fast learner
    • Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
