We are Mobileye's Production Test team - responsible for the definition, development, and deployment of production test operations for the world’s most advanced SoC’s for ADAS and self-driving vehicles, as well as mmWave RF chips for automotive imaging radar systems.

What will your job look like?
- Partner with the design teams from early stages of the design process to review DFX architecture and define test requirements.
- Transform Python‑based RF characterization tests from evaluation‑board lab setups into scalable, high‑volume ATE production test implementations.
- Define specifications for key RF performance parameters (e.g., SNR, Noise Figure, Phase Noise) and lead correlation and characterization of test programs.
- Drive complex load-board development projects involving stringent RF and/or high‑speed signal and power‑integrity requirements.
- Lead post-Si test program debug activities to enable timely delivery of samples to internal and external customers.
- Perform test program characterization, optimization, and tuning to ensure high test quality that meets automotive standards.
- Support Quality & Reliability team to enable effective and timely qual plan execution.
- Lead test deployment activities with tier-one Foundry and OSAT vendors to enable large-scale Wafer-Sort and Final-Test operations.
All you need is:
- BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience as IC Product/Test engineer.
- Hands-on experience in bring-up & productization of complex IC products
- Hands‑on experience implementing and optimizing RF test solutions on ATE platforms.
- Prior experience with Teradyne UltraFlex/UltraFlexPlus - major advantage.
- Strong understanding of RF performance metrics and test methodologies
- Proficiency in Python (or equivalent) development and debugging.
- Experience with data and yield analysis using known statistical methods and tools (e.g. JMP)
- Strong sense of ownership, commitment, and responsibility
- Team player, with the ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
