Join Mobileye’s SoC Architecture team and help shape the next generation of EyeQ™-based automotive compute platforms for ADAS, autonomous driving, and Robotaxi applications.

In this role, you will define system-level hardware architectures and translate complex product and customer needs into scalable, robust, and production-ready platforms. You’ll work across SoC, hardware, software, safety, security, and product teams, influencing key architectural decisions from concept through deployment.

Why Join Us?

  • Shape Mobileye’s next-generation automotive compute platforms.
  • Work across EyeQ™ SoCs, ADAS, autonomous driving, and Robotaxi technologies.
  • Influence platform decisions from early concept through deployment.
  • Collaborate with leading experts across hardware, software, SoC architecture, safety, and security.
  • Solve complex multidisciplinary challenges that will shape future vehicle architectures.

What will your job look like:

  • Define system hardware architectures for EyeQ™-based automotive compute platforms, reference systems, and customer configurations.
  • Architect the integration of EyeQ™ SoCs with MCUs, memories, cameras, radars, lidars, SerDes devices, Ethernet switches, and other platform components.
  • Lead architectural decisions around system topology, connectivity, inter-SoC communication, power flows, logging, debug, and service interfaces.
  • Translate product and customer needs into clear system requirements, interface specifications, and design guidelines.
  • Drive system-level trade-offs across performance, bandwidth, power, thermal constraints, PCB area, cost, scalability, safety, and security.
  • Influence EyeQ™ SoC requirements and drive platform BOM and component architecture.
  • Collaborate across hardware, SoC, software, functional safety, cybersecurity, validation, product, and business teams.
  • Review system and customer architectures, identify integration risks, and provide guidance throughout design, bring-up, and validation.
  • Support technical engagements with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, semiconductor vendors, and technology partners

All you need is:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in system hardware architecture, automotive electronics, embedded systems, semiconductor platforms, or complex SoC-based products.
  • Proven experience defining complex board-level and system-level hardware architectures.
  • Strong understanding of embedded and automotive compute platforms, including MCUs, memories, PCIe, Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, MIPI, camera connectivity, and automotive SerDes.
  • Experience with system block diagrams, interface specifications, product requirements, and reference designs.
  • Ability to drive architectural trade-offs across performance, bandwidth, cost, power, thermal constraints, board area, safety, and security.
  • Strong system thinking and experience driving technical decisions across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Advantages

  • Experience with ADAS, autonomous-driving platforms, automotive compute systems, or domain controllers.
  • Experience with automotive SoCs, sensors, high-speed interfaces, evaluation boards, or customer platform integration.
  • Knowledge of functional safety and ISO 26262.
  • Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity and secure system architectures.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and processes such as AEC-Q100, ASPICE, and FMEA.
  • Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, semiconductor vendors, or external technology partners
