As our Travel Manager, you will lead and own Mobileye's travel program, developing policies, managing the travel budget, and overseeing all aspects of employee travel – from booking accommodations to coordinating transportation – all while ensuring policy compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with travel agencies and internal teams to optimize costs and improve the travel experience. The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of global travel trends, experience implementing travel systems in multinational settings, and strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

How your job will look like?

    • Develop and implement a strategic travel policy focused on cost efficiency, traveler safety, and operational effectiveness
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental vendors to secure favorable rates and services
    • Track and analyze travel expenses to identify and drive cost-saving opportunities
    • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting travel policies
    • Manage and maintain travel systems and apps to improve service levels and data access
    • Organize and oversee all aspects of employee travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
    • Guide employees on travel booking, reimbursement, and safety protocols
    • Collaborate across departments to align travel policies with business goals and budgets
    • Resolve travel issues promptly and maintain strong vendor relationships

All you need is:

    • 10+ years in travel management or a similar role within a global company
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple travel logistics
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Proven negotiation skills for securing optimal travel rates and services
    • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on policy compliance and accuracy
    • Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting on travel expenses and budgets
    • Independent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional customer service skills for travel-related support
    • Ability to quickly learn new systems and apps
    • Established relationships with key aviation industry stakeholders
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, travel management, or related field
    • Proficient in travel booking systems, Microsoft Office, and compliance requirements (TSA, IATA, visa rules)
    • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
