Are you an energetic, self-driven problem-solver with a knack for turning chaos into clarity? Mobileye is searching for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our R&D Program Management team. This is your chance to make a direct impact on the future of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), L2+, and Autonomous Vehicles.
As a TPM, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, spearheading large-scale, cross-functional projects that are pivotal to Mobileye’s success. You’ll be at the intersection of high-level strategic planning and hands-on implementation, working closely with C-level executives, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders. What will your job look like:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of critical projects, aligning with Mobileye’s Product Group vision.
- Lead in a dynamic environment, finding creative solutions to ensure smooth execution across departments.
- Leverage your hands-on software development expertise and architectural understanding to align technical implementation with business goals.
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks, enabling engineering teams to focus on innovation.
- Collaborate with senior executives to deliver high-impact results, influencing strategic priorities.
- Foster streamlined processes and technology improvements to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- 3-7 years of experience managing/leading software development teams.
- Hands-on experience in software product/project management – Advantage.
- Experience with DevOps and development infrastructure – Advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, simplify complexity, and independently navigate ambiguity while staying ahead.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless interaction across all levels, from engineers to executives, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to project success.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
