We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Radar ATE Engineer to support the end-to-end production and validation automotive radar systems. This role bridges automated test equipment (ATE) development and product analysis, ensuring high-quality sensor delivery and minimal downtime across global production sites. The position includes deep technical involvement in both software and hardware domains.

What will your job look like:

  • Develop and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and debug tools to ensure robust and reliable testing of radar products.
  • Support testing area by addressing urgent ATE or DUT-level issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Run and debug radar test sequences using MATLAB/Python, supporting both algorithm and production KPIs.
  • Collaborate with software, algorithm, RF, and hardware teams to resolve failures efficiently.
  • Maintain traceability of test issues using JIRA, Tableau, and internal log systems.
  • Escalate repeated, critical, or systemic failures, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Track unit status and production KPIs across global sites
  • Coordinate with system integration, production, and software engineering teams to align on release readiness.

All you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production testing. Experience in radar or RF-based systems - Advantage 
  • Proven track record in debugging ATE systems, test log analysis, and calibration workflows.
  • Experience with Python and MATLAB for test automation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Tableau, and test result database systems
  • Solid understanding of hardware debugging (Experience with RF and sensor boards - Advantage).
  • Familiarity with automotive radar, mmWave, and production test flow optimization - Advantage
