If you are an excellent, bright, hands-on person with a passion to make a difference - come and lead the revolution! We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Administrator to implement and manage Mobileye systems within the HRIS team. This position combines both end-to-end implementation and design skills and requires deep business understanding. It is a hands-on role requiring the ability to own systems and business processes, understand data architecture, and create innovative solutions.

What will your job look like

    • Implement new systems and manage existing systems, business processes, and integrations.
    • Create reports, monitoring systems, and efficient controls to ensure business continuity, accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of Mobileye operations.
    • Participate in projects and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
    • Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, perform testing, and communicate findings.
    • Work closely with IT developers, project managers, and partners on the Workday cloud system.
    • Optimize business processes using different methodologies.

All you need is

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and maintaining information systems
    • Experience in end-to-end implementation of information systems and processes, from design through deployment and ongoing support
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and think creatively
    • Proven project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient project execution
    • Ability to understand business needs and develop technical solutions accordingly
    • A self-motivated, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
    • Strong process improvement skills to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
    • Experience with Workday HCM, CRM, ATS – ADVANTAGE
