Join our dynamic MECI team, part of the Software Engineering group within the Algo department at Mobileye. Our mission is to enhance productivity and streamline the development lifecycle for Mobileye Algo teams. We achieve this by managing efficient development processes, creating tools that optimize our CI/CD pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a UX Designer you’ll take part in shaping intuitive, meaningful, and scalable user experiences and web applications that serve Mobileye’s algorithmic and software development teams. Your work will have a broad impact on the productivity of hundreds of developers, helping them seamlessly navigate complex software environments.
What your job will look like:
- Lead UX design processes from research and ideation to final design and handoff
- Collaborate closely with users to define user needs, product flows, and success metrics
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Validate design decisions using user research, usability testing, and data insights
- Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality execution
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX guidelines
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback, analytics, and business goals
All you need is:
- A degree in Visual Communication + strong online portfolio
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience (experience in SaaS companies is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems and AI tools
- Strong UI skills and an excellent understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong understanding of UX best practices - from research to final design handoff
- An interest in learning and improving, along with the ability to take and act on constructive feedback
- Being highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for technology
- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
