The position:
We are looking for an ADAS/AV Technical Project Manager to join our excellent China Local Project & Product Execution team.
Our ideal candidate has a significant automotive technical background, engineering capability, customer-facing experience, and project management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in our Automated Driving revolution.
You will become part of a winning team that have been working on the most advanced projects in the world, including Mobileye SuperVision and Mobileye’s first Consumer Autonomous Vehicle (CAV).

What will your job look like?

    •       Serve as Mobileye's local technical representative and project manager for ADAS & autonomous driving projects in China.
    •        Lead internal & external development, integration, testing, validation, and delivery activities.
    •        Manage project timelines, progress, risk, issue resolution, and quality control.
    •        Coordinate tasks and resources for the China AV project execution team.
    •        Facilitate collaboration among ME China teams, headquarters, OEMs, and suppliers.
    •        Address and resolve technical requirements promptly and effectively.
    •        Conduct frequent customer visits and maintain comprehensive communications.

All you need is:

    •        ~10 years of experience in technical and/or project management roles in the automotive industry. Minimum 3 years of experience in ADAS & AV project management or validation.
    •        ADAS & AV project technical production team management experience.
    •        Bachelor's degree from a leading university (Master's/MBA preferred).
    •        Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
    •        Strong skills in automotive ECU production project management. Knowledge of ASPICE, CMMI, IATF16949, and quality control methodologies.
    •        Excellent customer-facing abilities and willingness to travel frequently.
    •        Engineering mindset with critical thinking and hands-on capability.
    •        Proficient in vehicle EE and related tools (CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, diagnostics, testing).
    •        Experience with ECU development, validation, and integration of HW & SW components.
    •        Valid C1/C2 driver's license.
    •        Experience in ADAS & AV development and testing - an advantage.
    •        Previous experience working with Mobileye - an advantage.
