The Intellectual Property department captures the innovation at Mobileye and works to protect its IP.
We interface with Mobileye, internal departments, foreign and domestic patent and law firms (primarily US).
Our activities and responsibilities include working with inventors to identify and harvest innovative ideas for patenting, working with outside counsel to draft and prosecute patent applications, maintaining records about the company's IP and related activities, handling all administrative and financial processes related to IP, developing tools, processes, and strategies to support and grow the company's activities and processes related to IP and reporting to management and finance. We are involved in a wide variety of IP-related matters at the cutting edge of present-day technology and business environments. Our work is interactive, highly dynamic, creative and often exciting.
What will your job look like?
- You will be responsible for all administrative support (managing a highly complex meeting schedule, handling forms and official documents including obtaining signatures on official legal documents, compiling reports, and providing any other general support for the department's administrative needs)
- Interfacing with engineers and other internal stakeholders such as legal, procurement, logistics, Marketing, HR, IT and Finance
- Coordinating meetings and sessions with various players inside and outside the organization, including with participants abroad.
- Handling various bookkeeping tasks including receipt and review of invoices, monitoring payment and workflow, monitoring and preparing budget etc.
All you need is:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global high-tech company
- Background knowledge in Intellectual Property – Advantage! (not mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree
- Fully fluent in both English & Hebrew
- Quick learner, curious, and proactive with good administrative/execution skills
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Flexible, and able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Self-motivated and independent
- Experience in computer environment, including knowledge with Office tools, including PowerPoint & Excel (finance software – advantage).
