We are seeking a talented individual to join our Software team as a Lab support engineer. This role requires expertise in IT and lab support, as well as proficiency in developing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background coupled with a proactive mindset to drive efficiency and reliability across our systems and processes.
What will your job look like:
- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, and developer’s workstations.
- Manage software installations, configurations, and updates to support internal stakeholders.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain hardware setups within laboratory environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hardware requirements and provide technical support for lab infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware related issues.
All you need is:
- Computer practical engineer with experience in labs environment
- Experience in IT , building and maintaining setups.
- Advanced Linux user, experienced with Linux installations and network communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Cooperative and service oriented with a “can do" attitude.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) - Advantage.
