Mobileye's Procurement department manages all company's global procurement of goods.Our Direct Procurement Team Lead will be a global supply chain expert who will specialize in negotiations, cost-effective purchases of all goods and services as well as cross organizational project within the procurement group, as required by the company. The continuously increasing business demands make this a challenge.
What will your job look like:
- Team Leadership — Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 category leaders and vendor scheduler.
- Contracts & Agreements — Negotiate and manage various agreements with global suppliers.
- NPI Transitions — Own procurement readiness from engineering prototyping through mass production.
- Complex Negotiations — Lead multi-variable negotiations on pricing, lead times, capacity, and IP.
- PO Execution — Manage order execution, on-time delivery, and supplier escalations.
- Cross-Org Project Management — Drive alignment across R&D, quality, operations, finance, and legal; represent procurement in executive forums.
All you need is:
- 6+ years of procurement experience in high-tech, automotive, or contract manufacturing - must.
- Proven people management experience - must.
- Experience with NPI to high volume manufacturing procurement transitions - must.
- BSc in industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Background in industries with high interface and system complexity (defense, medical devices, automotive electronics) — strong advantage.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier commercial management skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional processes end-to-end.
- Fluent English.
