EPG Platform Group is responsible for developing Mobileye’s SoC package, SoC Evaluation Systems and various Automated Driving Platforms.
We’re seeking for a talented and experienced HW engineer, to be in charge of developing a new platform or updating an existing platform, including HW design, HW/SW Interface definition, HW Bring Up, Debug, and product delivery.
The work includes collaboration with various teams, from different relevant disciplines.
 

What will your job look like:

    • Digital Board Schematics design including High speed interfaces.
    • Power designs as part of the board design.
    • Work with PCB Layout Engineers for multilayer PCBs.
    • Accompanying SI/PI simulation activity and/or executing such simulations when required.  
    • Accompanying  Mechanical Design and Thermal/Mechanical simulation.
    • Executing Board Bring-up and taking care of suitable test report documentation
    • Preparing, HW/SW Interface documentation, and well as any HW manual board required.   
    • Leading debug internally or vs. other teams to bring to resolution.
    • Accompanying Validation and automotive Qualification tests (DV/PV).

All you need is:

    • BSc Electrical / Electronic Engineering from a known institute, preferably a leading university.
    • Minimum 5  years of experience of HW Board Design involving high speed signals.
    • Strong system-level understanding.
    • Knowledge and experience in hands-on board debug.
    • Background with board-design tools (preferably Orcad).
    • Good SI/PI understanding in perspective of multi-layer PCB design. Proven background in SI/PI execution - an advantage.
    • Knowledge of operating laboratory equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic-Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, VNA,…)
    • Team player with a very good interpersonal relationship
    • Self-learner
    • Organized and detailed oriented.
    • High level of English .
