The AV validation infrastructure team is looking for an experienced Python developer with a strong background in data analysis to join us in our efforts to scale up our infrastructure and services.
The AV validation team is responsible to ensure the safety and performance of the autonomous vehicle. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven applications and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Python programming, along with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

The AV validation infrastructure team develops:
Automated pipelines and processes for testing the AV performance.
Characterization and implementation of new testing methodologies based on heuristics and machine learning concepts.
Applications to allow data exploration and analysis of AV versions.

What your job will look like:

    • Involved in the design and development of large-scale automation infrastructure and testing tools.
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and patterns within the data.
    • Utilize Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data manipulation and visualization.
    • Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures for handling large datasets.
    • Collaborate with different groups in Mobileye, including Software, Algorithms, and Validation.
    • Deliver a high-quality product, which is a standalone tool, fully developed internally by our team.

All you need is:

    • B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering / IDF relevant experience or equivalent.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer (with a focus on data analysis) - MUST
    • Proficiency in popular Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
    • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

An advantage:

    • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Experience with Linux environment.
    • Experience with AWS cloud environments.
    • Experience with SQL, and NoSQL databases.
    • Experience developing in modern Agile methodologies.
