We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead complex commercial engagements with leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1s in the ADAS ecosystem to join our dynamic Sales team. This role included managing long cycle, multi stakeholder deals from early positioning through RFQ to final commercial negotiation and execution. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with industry-leading OEMs and lead the Sales lifecycle of our advanced SOC software solutions for ADAS applications

What will your job look like?

  • Own and drive Sales activities for strategic OEM accounts, leading commercial strategies end to end.
  • Create long term relationships with strategic customers through proactive engagement, strong negotiation, and consistent value delivery.
  • Manage the entire sales process from RFQ/RFI review to issuing competitive price indications and negotiating commercial terms across 12 to 24 month sales cycles.
  • Lead the commercial aspects with strategic customers, including direct engagement with procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Be the single point of contact for customer commercial inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication flow and outstanding customer experience across complex internal and external stakeholder environments.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and commercial value propositions that resonate with clients.
  • Work in a team supporting multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in driving success together while aligning closely with BD, product, finance, legal, and executive teams to move deals forward.
  • Drive momentum and push deals forward despite internal and external friction, ensuring progress in complex and political sales environments.

 

All you need is:

  • BA degree; an MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar high tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast paced environment with exposure to long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease while positioning value rather than selling pure technical features.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret volumes, pricing, and commercial data to support decision making.
  • A natural ability to connect with clients and build long term, trust based relationships at senior levels.
  • Experience in complex projects involving both HW and SW developments.
  • Detail oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
  • High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market with the ability to maintain credibility in front of engineering teams without being a deep technical expert.
  • Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work cross functionally with a team while independently driving outcomes.
