We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented student to provide administrative support to both Catering Operations Manager and Car Leasing Operations Lead.
This role is well-suited for a student seeking hands-on experience in administrative, financial, and operational processes in a corporate environment.
The position is based in Jerusalem and requires availability of at least 3–4 working days per week, totaling approximately 120–150 hours per month.
What will your job look like:
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to catering operations and costs.
- Handle invoice processing, tracking, and follow-up with vendors and finance teams.
- Open and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for catering-related services.
- Manage all administrative aspects of contractors employees, including onboarding documentation, access coordination, and ongoing records.
- Maintain organized documentation and operational records.
- Support routine quality and service audits across restaurant operations, including follow‑up on corrective actions.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and internal procedures.
- Prepare and update Excel reports related to leasing, assets, and contracts
- Handle leasing-related invoices, validation, and coordination with finance
- Maintain organized records of leasing agreements, approvals, and documentation
- Support monthly reporting and cost tracking

All you need is:
- Student pursuing a degree (business administration, economics, management, or a related field – advantage)
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preference will be given to students who are recognized IDF disabled veterans.
