Full time
At Mobileye, we foster a hybrid-friendly environment, combining work from office and home.

Are you passionate about helping those around you be more effective? Be a part of Mobileye's success story.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our R&D Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving a variety of business-critical projects. As a TPM, you will play a key role in the implementation of the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.

You will be needed both broad and deep. You will creatively guide process and technology improvements that reduce friction for engineers and proactively address issues that help Mobileye meet a range of customer needs. Working alongside multiple internal engineering teams, you'll help set and drive priorities and address key blockers in a fast-paced environment that have a direct impact on the products.
You will manage the development and implementation process of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products in the latest Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), L2+, and Autonomous Vehicles, as well as monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, organizing the inter-departmental activities to ensure success in completion and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record working in both engineering and management roles on products that combine complex algorithms and platform capabilities with customer requirements. Duties and tasks are varied and challenging, needing independent judgment. Outstanding communication skills and cross-discipline collaboration is a must, as is self-awareness and a problem-solving mindset. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Mobileye is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need program managers that can do the same.

All you need is:

    • B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
    • At least 3 years of experience in managing/leading software development teams
    • Experience in software Product/Project management - Advantage
    • Experience within Dev Ops and development infrastructure - Advantage
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
    • Excellent communication and management skills
    • Fluent English and Hebrew
**Our offices are located at Jerusalem, but we foster a remote-friendly environment, combining work from home 2/3 days a week
