We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Hardware Lab Technician to join our team in Jerusalem. In this role, you will play a critical part in board bring-up, debugging, design validation, and hardware verification. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to analyze root causes of hardware failures, test complex AV systems, and ensure high-quality board functionality.

What Will You Do?

  • Perform board bring-up, hardware debugging, and design validation for new board designs.

  • Conduct component-level troubleshooting, board repair, and thorough root-cause analysis for failures.

  • Operate lab equipment including Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies, and Soldering stations.

  • Work with board schematics, layout diagrams, and technical documentation for troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical hardware support for customer boards and integrated AV systems testing.

All You Need:

  • B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Hardware Lab / Electronics environment.

  • Hands-on experience with soldering and component rework.

  • Ability to read and interpret electronic board schematics and PCB layout designs. 

  • Strong ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems proactively.

  • High proficiency in English (both written and verbal skills).

Advantades: 
  • Experience in component-level debugging and fault diagnosis.

  • Knowledge or experience with high-speed communication protocols (e.g., PCIe, MIPI).

  • Experience with Python scripting for lab automation or test support.
