Which department you will join:
The Data Labeling department provides  annotation on images and video which feed Mobileye's deep learning algorithms, work with thousands of annotators working across multiple sites generating high volumes of annotations per day
We are looking for a Tier 3 Support Engineer to join the DM Team,  which is responsible for keeping the pipelines running smoothly and seamlessly [sending, receiving, and validating the work] while working closely with  the software team, seviewer team, offshore annotators,  team leaders, algorithms developers, and validation leaders

What will your job look like:

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, report, and resolve technical issues, working closely with the software team and stakeholders
    • Monitor system quality performance, and proactively handle upcoming issues
    • Be part of the change to CloudOps as we migrate to cloud infrastructure

All you need is:

    • At least 2-year experience as a Support Engineer
    • Experience with Linux
    • Experience with Python/Bash, including the ability to write scripts
    • Experience with AWS and CloudOps
    • Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
    • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Superb troubleshooting skills and strong attention to details
