We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our AV Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving a variety of business-critical projects. As an EPM, you will play a key role in the implementation of the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.
* This role requires at least 2 days per week working from our Jerusalem campus.


What will your job look like:

    • Lead and own the development and integration effort of the applicational layer for various customer projects
    • Lead process and technology improvements that reduce friction for engineers and proactively address issues that help Mobileye meet a range of customer needs
    • Work alongside multiple internal engineering teams, and working alongside customer groups
    • Manage the development and implementation process of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products in the latest Consumer AV and fully Autonomous Vehicles, as well as monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, organizing the inter-departmental activities to ensure success in completion and delivery

All you need is:

    • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
    • 2+ years of experience in managing/leading software development teams
    • Experience in software Product/Project management – must
    • Customer-facing experience – advantage
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
    • Excellent communication and management skills
    • Fluent English
