Mobileye seeks a Planner for its Maintenance Department to oversee and coordinate all maintenance and preventive maintenance activities across the campus, ensuring efficient operation of office facilities. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to plan and manage routine and special maintenance tasks effectively.
What will your job look like:
- Overseeing the planning and coordination of preventive and routine maintenance for company facilities
- Creating and implementing maintenance plans for critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire detection
- Monitoring performance, generating detailed reports, tracking progress, and managing maintenance budgets
- Strategically scheduling maintenance tasks for buildings and systems across the campus
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers
- Aligning maintenance activities with requests and priorities from managers and internal teams
- Streamlining maintenance processes and recommending improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Minimizing downtime and operational disruptions through effective maintenance management
- Assisting project managers with expertise and support on maintenance-related initiatives
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in facility or building maintenance, or campus management
- Expertise in planning and optimizing maintenance systems
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in planning and executing preventive maintenance
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Office applications, including the ability to create reports and presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiations
