Our Data Management team is at the heart of Mobileye's data ecosystem. We transform complex, large-scale data collected from driving sessions and automotive systems into structured, usable data that powers innovation across the company.
The team owns data preparation pipelines, enrichment services, and onboarding new data initiatives, ensuring data is ready for use across Mobileye. This role combines project management, technical problem-solving, data operations, and analytics in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
We're looking for a technically minded Project Manager with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives independently from definition through execution.
What will your job look like?
- Support and manage end-to-end data projects across Mobileye and with external customers (OEMs and Tier 1s).
- Drive onboarding of new data sources, systems, and initiatives.
- Monitor and improve data operations, pipelines, and enrichment services.
- Work closely with Algorithm, Software, Integration, and Data teams to drive execution and resolve issues.
- Analyze data-related challenges, troubleshoot problems, and support internal stakeholders.
- Manage priorities, risks, timelines, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, data-focused, or project management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming skills, preferably Python.
- Ability to learn new technologies independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
- Project management experience.
Advantages

- Familiarity with embedded systems, software-hardware integration, algorithms, or autonomous driving technologies.
- Customer-facing experience.
- M.Sc., MBA, or PMP certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional data or operational initiatives.
