We are seeking an experienced Silicone Components Reliability Testing Qualification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the durability of our silicone components, contributing to our commitment to delivering top-tier products to our customers.
What will your job look like?
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive reliability testing and qualification protocols for silicone components.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of test data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and product specifications.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to silicone component reliability and performance.
- Continuously stay updated on industry standards and Automotive best practices in silicone materials and testing methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and quality.
- Provide expertise and guidance on materials selection, design considerations, and manufacturing processes to optimize product reliability.
All you need is:
- B.Sc in Electrical ENG, Materials Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in reliability testing and qualification, with a focus on silicone components.
- Proficiency in utilizing testing equipment and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
