We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, optimization, and standardization of requirements-related processes across various teams, using tools such as Polarion and Jira. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand and streamline current workflows, address pain points, and ensure alignment with industry standards like ASPICE. Your goal is to establish best-practice processes that ensure full traceability and efficiency across projects.

What will your job look like:

    • Lead the design and optimization of requirements management processes with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASPICE).
    • Standardize and unify requirements management processes across groups with similar project characteristics.
    • Define system configurations for tools like Polarion, Jira, and SharePoint to support established processes. This includes setting up issue types, work items, fields, workflows, and more (not including the implementation in systems).
    • Find and track data mismatches to ensure that groups adhere to the designed configuration and processes. 
    • Develop comprehensive documentation of the new processes and conduct training sessions for teams to promote successful adoption.
    • Regularly review and refine processes to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Support periodic internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions with relevant teams.
    • Guarantee that processes enable full traceability coverage for all projects, from customer requirements to testing phases.
    • Design reports and dashboards to provide high-level insights for management and detailed data for teams, enhancing requirements management and coverage across the organization.

All you need is:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 4 years of project management experience within a high-tech environment.
    • Experience with requirements management and process optimization in project management roles.
    • Knowledge of the V-model method and ASPICE standards (advantageous).
    • Experience with tools like Jira and Polarion for managing project tasks and workflows.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions for complex business processes.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration abilities.
