- Build and maintain integrated plans that translate the department portfolio roadmap into clear milestones, ownership, dependencies, resource needs and measurable delivery commitments.
- Own end-to-end execution of complex platform software programs across multiple development, integration, infrastructure and validation groups - from planning and prioritization through integration, qualification and release.

- Proactively manage risks and blockers across software, system, development-infrastructure, test and customer-program stakeholders; drive escalation, decisions and closure when ownership is unclear.
- Coordinate system-level integration and validation across software components, hardware targets, ensuring readiness is demonstrated against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Improve execution through automation and modern tooling, including automated reporting, live status views and AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
- Partner closely with platform software group leaders, technical project managers, architects and system engineers to challenge plans constructively, support prioritization and enable timely trade-off decisions.
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management in a complex software development environment.
- Solid understanding of the software-development lifecycle, integration and validation, CI/CD, release management and configuration or branch management.
- Experience in system engineering, requirements management, verification and cross-layer hardware-software integration.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, align diverse stakeholders, resolve ambiguity and drive decisions and commitments without direct authority.
- Strong planning, risk-management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand technical details while maintaining a portfolio-level view.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards and execution metrics; experience automating reporting or workflows is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills; fluent English and Hebrew - advantage.
