Mobileye is seeking a talented and experienced leader to head a team of Product Execution Managers, driving the successful delivery of cutting-edge Computer Vision products for advanced ADAS and AV applications.
What will your job look like:
- Lead a team of Product Execution Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure alignment with Mobileye’s strategic goals and timelines.
- Own and manage the end-to-end execution of Mobileye’s Computer Vision products, working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and implement detailed product roadmaps and execution plans in collaboration with internal teams (R&D, REM, AV) and external partners (customers, business development).
- Define high-level product requirements and ensure the team's adherence to established performance KPIs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for team challenges, resolving issues and optimizing workflows for efficient product realization.
- Collaborate with automotive customers and partners, leading joint workshops, test drives, and functional tuning sessions to ensure successful product integration.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and deliverables.
- Support the professional growth of team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the group.
All you need is:
- A proven leadership and team management experience, with a strong execution-oriented mindset.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- M.Sc. / MBA - Advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in project or product management with a focus on technical execution.
- Hands-on development background – a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners, including customer-facing roles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
