As a Project Manager for Data Collection, you will lead end-to-end real-world data collection projects supporting ADAS and Autonomous Driving development. You will be responsible for daily operational execution, coordination of field activities, and ensuring that project milestones, KPIs, and data quality standards are met, while working closely with global teams, suppliers, and customers.

What will your job look like?

    • Manage day-to-day operations of real-world data collection projects and field activities.
    • Coordinate logistics, field teams, external suppliers, and customer interfaces.
    • Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and provide regular status updates.
    • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with ADAS and AV development requirements.
    • Identify risks and blockers and implement proactive, effective solutions.
    • Consolidate weekly activities and prepare operational and management reports.

All you need is:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or Meister certification.
    • At least 2 years of experience in project management within technical or operational environments.
    • Automotive industry experience (ADAS, Autonomous Driving, vehicle engineering, electrical, or mechanical).
    • Fluency in English and German.
    • Hands-on experience with project management and BI tools: Confluence, Jira, Qlik, Power BI, Asana / Monday, MS Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Willingness to travel up to 15%
    • Budget management experience (CAPEX / OPEX) and familiarity with AI tools and LLMs - An advantage.
