Mobileye's Procurement department manages all company's purchasing requests.
As a purchasing agent for the organization, the buyer will research, evaluate, and buy products & services to meet our daily operational needs. 

What your job will look like:

    • We are looking for a buyer rich with experience in indirect procurement, specialist in the field of Marketing & HR, etc.
    • Able to develop sources and monitoring suppliers' performance.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and requirements.
    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery of goods and services.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Global purchasing focal point: manage purchases end to end. From issue to delivery & payment.
    • Reduce company costs & improve legal terms.
    • Handling contracts & negotiations end to end.
    • Working in collaboration with all the relevant stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Operation, Legal, Finance, etc.)
    • Day to day vendor management.
    • Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

All you need is:

    • At least 3 years' experience in global indirect procurement, specialist in Marketing & HR – mandatory.
    • At least 3 years' experience at international companies – an advantage.
    • Fluent English – Speaking, writing, and reading.
    • Experience with complex negotiations and Agreements management
    • Data analysis skills & Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Handle all activities with confidentiality, initiative, and independence.
    • Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
    • Excellent organizational skills. Ability to balance immediate/long term priorities.
    • Willingness to a full-time position includes overtime and shifts according to the needs.
    • Excellent communication skills and service orientation.
